Drivers’ Education of the Fox Cities offers an online training course in lieu of in-person classroom education for any student under 18. Please be aware that this change affects only the classroom portion of the driver’s education program. Behind the Wheel training is still included as part of the Online package.
We want to caution students that driver’s education companies from out-of-state and out of the Fox Cities area will also be offering an online course but may not be making the behind the wheel training readily available. Driver’s Education of the Fox Cities will provide the full program.
We do offer Behind the Wheel lessons in the event you took an Online program through someone else. The cost is $350.00 for six, 2 hour Behind the Wheel lessons, consisting of one hour of driving and one hour of observation. In order to sign up for these lessons, you will need to stop at our office in Appleton, fill out the required paperwork and make either a down-payment or full payment. We will also need the paperwork from where you took the Online course, showing that you successfully passed it. This is only available for students under the age of 18.
